The Corporate Partnerships Activation Manager will play a pivotal role by managing Corporate Partnership Accounts in the Corporate Partnerships department. This role will work closely with Corporate Partners and internal departments to ensure we align with key objectives to drive mutual success. This role is primarily responsible for successfully implementing contractual elements pertaining to OCVIBE, Honda Center, ARTIC, and The Grove of Anaheim Corporate Partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with corporate partners
  • Proficient with standard PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a client-facing environment, including participation in conference calls and in-person meetings
  • Adept at collaborating and communicating with multiple internal departments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous moving parts, with multiple accounts and activations running concurrently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality, client-facing deliverables that require accuracy and precision
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously; detail-oriented and able to perform effectively under pressure
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, professional, adaptable, with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Education - Bachelor's Degree Experience Required – 5 Years

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage assigned Corporate Partnership Accounts
  • Cultivate and build strong relationships with Corporate Partners
  • Successfully fulfill each element of a sponsorship agreement by working with other internal departments
  • Manage and track all assets through internal documents
  • Understand Corporate Partners’ Key Objectives, Values, and Missions and identify ways they align with the key initiatives of the OCVIBE, Honda Center, ARTIC, and The Grove of Anaheim
  • Be timely in all communication with Corporate Partners and Internal departments
  • Continuously having an open dialogue with each partner by having regular cadence calls and touchpoints, which include sharing proof of performance, discussing deployment of assets, and sharing upcoming initiatives and hospitality events
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide updates on the account, feedback, and developing strategies
  • Prepare and create a comprehensive end-of-season recap for all partners that tells an impactful story
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Attend frequent internal meetings with other departments, provide partner updates, and communicate partner initiatives
  • Act as the activation lead on Honda Center and the Grove of Anaheim Events (based on assigned schedule) and perform a pre-event walk-through to ensure all proper creatives are running and activations are correctly staged
  • Manage one-off account requests, including but not limited to ticket requests, gifting, hospitality, etc.
  • Manage and lead venue-specific signage and activations of an entity
  • Perform other projects as assigned
