About The Position

HERS Advisors has partnered with a full-service national law firm who are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to work in their West Los Angeles, California office (hybrid). The Corporate Paralegal will support the firm’s Corporate, Transactional, M&A, and Real Estate practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a mid-to-large law firm environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage transaction workflows and closings.
• Strong drafting, communication, and research skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in NetDocuments, EDGAR, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Familiarity with billing/timekeeping software such as Aderant or Elite.
