About The Position

The Painter must be able to plan, organize and complete painting of resident’s rooms and public areas in a fully functional skilled nursing facility. Performs interior and exterior repairs. Essential Functions and Qualifications: Our Painter will need reliable transportation to and from all LHS Facilities. Mileage will be reimbursed following our travel policy. The necessary skills will include but are not limited to painting, repairing/replacing dry wall and wallpaper. Must be able to work independently.
