THE ROLE Legends Global Corporate Operations Department is seeking a Corporate Operations Intern (Spring 2026) to provide administrative, organizational, and data support across key corporate initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to the operational backbone of a global live entertainment and sports organization, supporting internal systems, documentation, and databases that enable efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization; ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders; strong writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills; sound judgment and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a small, high-performing team; flexible and responsive.
  • Available from mid/late February to May 2026
  • Available 20 - 30 hours per week
  • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support: Assist with organizing, maintaining, and standardizing digital and physical files, records, and documentation across the Corporate Operations Department.
  • Document management: Support the updating, formatting, and version control of internal documents, templates, reports, and reference materials.
  • Database management: Assist with maintaining and updating internal and online databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of operational data.
  • Process support: Assist with tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables related to ongoing corporate initiatives and operational workflows.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Provide day-to-day administrative support to Corporate Operations team members and collaborate with stakeholders across Legends Global as needed.
