Explore Opportunities Today The Corporate Operations Internship provides rotational exposure across Human Resources, Marketing, Sales Operations, Data Analytics, Finance, and Accounting. Interns gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects that support Stanley Martin Homes’ corporate operations. Stanley Martin Homes has been building new homes since 1966.   • 2nd or 3rd year college student pursuing Business, HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Participates in cross-department projects and corporate initiatives related to the selling, marketing, and closing of new construction homes across our divisions
  • Assist HR with recruiting, onboarding, and engagement efforts
  • Support Marketing with content creation, research, and brand initiatives
  • Help Sales Ops with CRM updates, reporting, pricing, and marketing analytics
  • Support Data Analytics with reporting, dashboards, and insights gathering
  • Assist Finance & Accounting with invoices, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Assist in the meeting and greeting of customers in a professional manner while consulting with them to determine their needs and requirements in a new home and community.
  • Assist in providing customer service to all prospective homebuyers about Stanley Martin Homes and communities.
  • Assist in coordinating the opening and closing of sales office and/or model homes as needed
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications.
  • Adhere to safety standards and help promote a safe working environment.
  • Adhere to and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Stanley Martin Homes
