As a part of the Customer Experience Team (CX), this position is a strategic partner that collaborates with the CRP Senior Product Manager-Commercial Lending, business owners, and Agile teams to drive the evolution of Commercial Lending processes and the nCino Platform. Performs in a highly visible bank-facing role by performing detailed business requirement discovery, data and workflow analysis, and testing for nCino and Salesforce. Independently lead discovery sessions with various business owners, and draft functional and technical requirements and acceptance criteria. Works closely with Product Manager to prioritize requirements to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value while aligning with product strategy. Assists Product Manager to maintain and refine product backlog. Acts as key liaison between the business on best practices for using nCino solutions and Agile teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Utilizes nCino and Salesforce knowledge to prepare design and process solutions and works closely with development & testing teams in addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback, leading testing sessions as necessary, and answering questions on an ongoing basis. Works alongside Product Manager to determine when sufficient value has been delivered to release to business, and possesses a thorough understanding of tradeoffs between schedule, scope, and budget. Description Identify business requirements by eliciting subject matter expert, stakeholder, and sponsor feedback at all levels. Elicitation includes utilizing a wide variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis. Product Designer is responsible for the accuracy and thoroughness of elicited requirements and conducts a detailed business analysis to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs to solve business requirements including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Writes functional & technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide system development and configuration. Articulates design decisions to stakeholders and sponsors including presenting designs, explaining design decisions based on nCino technical knowledge, and providing rationale for design choices. Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as product management, development, and QA to ensure the product is ultimately designed and delivered according to business requirements. Performs process design/redesign, process improvement, workflow analysis, and data analysis for nCino and Salesforce. Works with subject matter experts and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to analyze processes, provide industry best-practices, and make recommendations for management/stakeholders to consider as it relates to the nCino product. Conduct validation and usability testing to ensure the product meets the needs of end-users and is easy to use. Includes validating developed results against business requirements, setting up test scenarios, coordinating testing efforts with other teams, recruiting participants, and identifying and resolving defects. In addition, participate in the creation of user procedures, process flow, and training. Ensure team members and end users are trained on new enhancements and features. This involves collaborating with other teams to develop training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support either directly to end users or in collaboration with admin and operations teams. Facilitates workshops, presentations, and training sessions to all levels of the organization to develop awareness for business improvement and standardization efforts. As assigned, leads large, enterprise scale process improvement, process management, and standardization efforts in adoption of nCino and Salesforce platform. Governance: Adhere to and support the use of governance, security, and risk management practices. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
