WHAT-TO- EXPECT-DAY-TO -DAY: Utilize our AI system to update and maintain information in our CRM, Deltek Vantagepoint. Manage and organize digital assets using Canto. Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud. Accurately archive all necessary documentation and information to support the proposal closeout process, with the goal of creating a robust CRM database for enhanced marketing support. Merge conference data into Vantagepoint to establish a new project management system for the Marketing Department and company-wide use. Assist with vendor registrations, ensuring all necessary information is collected and submitted in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity AI Systems for updating and maintaining a CRM.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
