About The Position

To provide superior maintenance service to Beall’s Corporate Office Facilities (2 Campuses). Extensive interaction with Sr Manager of Corporate Services, Corporate Associates, Corporate Management, Mailroom Associates, Loss Prevention, etc.

Requirements

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.
Must have a valid Florida Driver’s license.
Electrical and air conditioning experience is required.
Fluent in English.
Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must have full body rotation and movement.
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds with little or no difficulty.
Must work with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Must be able to climb a 16 ft. ladder.

Nice To Haves

Bi-Lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair all corporate equipment, including air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, etc.
Maintain and keep organized Maintenance Storeroom and equipment, including Cargo Van
Inspect A/C units to determine need for unit replacement.
Add and replace corporate equipment and lighting when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned. (Painting, Desk or Office Equipment moves, etc.)
