The Superintendent – Nuclear Reactor Maintenance Corporate provides fleet and site-level corporate oversight and ensures fleet-aligned governance is met for reactor maintenance at all sites. This role is responsible for corporate oversight for safe and effective planning, preparation, and execution of reactor head disassembly/reassembly, fuel handling, refueling outage activities, and dry cask storage operations performed at all sites for the fleet. The Superintendent ensures alignment with corporate governance expectations, and partners with station Maintenance leadership to maintain nuclear safety, equipment reliability, industrial safety, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures barriers to fleet level efficient work are identified and removed while maintaining engagement with the sites to ensure strong performance and continuous improvement.
