About The Position

The Corporate Maintenance Technician supports maintenance operations across 10 campuses at Country Meadows, a premier senior retirement community, helping create safe, reliable, and high-quality environments for residents and co-workers. This hands-on role specializes in HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and general repairs, and operates with strong support from senior leadership to address complex needs and drive consistency across all locations. Full-time Monday-Friday based out of our corporate Home Office location in Hershey, PA. Will require ravel to any of our 10 campuses located in Central, PA, Lehigh Valley, PA and Frederick, MD (travel reimbursement and/or company vehicle provided).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or related field
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locations
  • Ability to operate tools and maintenance equipment safely
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Nice To Haves

  • Trade certification or technical training (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related field)
  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, or multi-site environments
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment
  • Conduct routine inspections and proactively address maintenance issues to reduce downtime and emergency repairs
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing issues, electrical components, and general facility equipment
  • Complete carpentry and general repairs to maintain building integrity and appearance
  • Respond to maintenance requests and urgent issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Travel between campuses to support complex repairs, projects, and maintenance needs
  • Support consistency in maintenance practices across multiple locations
  • Coordinate with approved vendors when needed and ensure work is completed appropriately
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations as needed
  • Assist with general grounds maintenance, including snow removal when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights at all times
