About The Position
Providing services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development Working on technology mergers and acquisitions Effecting significant acquisition programs for leading serial acquirers Assisting in successful strategic exits for prominent unicorns
Requirements
- 3-4 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm
- Must be an active Bar member of the jurisdiction in which they will be working
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies
- CA bar
