About The Position
What you will be doing: Work on sophisticated transactions for buyers, sellers, and/or private equity. Lead transactions and participate as part of a team. Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
- Substantial experience in all types of mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong academic background.
- Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and willing to become licensed in North Carolina within one year.
Nice To Haves
- Previous large firm experience is desired.
