The Corporate Leadership Apprentice position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn how an organization operates at an executive level. This role provides hands-on exposure to business operations, organizational strategy, leadership decision making, and cross-different collaboration. The ideal candidate is curious, motivated, organized, and excited to understand how a company runs from the top down. Corporate Leadership Apprentice Responsibilities: Included but not limited to Support the CEO, COO, and other senior levels with administrative and strategic tasks Assist with research, data gathering, and preparation of reports or presentations for leadership meetings Participate in selected leadership meetings, taking notes and identifying action items Shadow various departments to gain a full understanding of business functions, workflows and challenges Help coordinate high-level projects and track progress across teams Contribute to process improvement discussions and offer observations to leadership Support scheduling, communication and follow-up between departments and executives Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and company documents Qualifications: Must live in a HUBzone area https://maps.certify.sba.gov/ Strong interest in business, leadership or organization management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized A willingness to learn, ask questions and take initiative Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite Prior office experience is helpful but not required Positive, professional attitude Curiosity and eagerness to learn Strong problem-solving skills Dependable and punctual Adaptable to changing priorities What You Will Learn How executive leaders make decisions and evaluate business priorities Fundamentals of operations, HR, finance, and organizational strategy How to lead effectively through communication, professionalism, and organizational awareness Project management, time management, and problem-solving in a corporate setting How cross-functional teams work together to fulfill organizational goals What We Offer: Part-time hourly rate: State minimum wage Work remotely with company supplied equipment Work hours are flexible, not exceeding 10 hours per week Professional development and professional development Exposure to the executive-level strategy and decision-making SRL Total Source, LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
