Operation HOPE is currently seeking a CORPORATE IT ADMINISTRATOR reporting to the SVP of It. The IT Site Administrator is responsible for overseeing the operation of global hardware logistics, network infrastructure, and endpoint management. This position maintains inventory and shipping processes, manages the Meraki network, enforces Microsoft compliance controls, and acts as the on-site IT representative at the corporate headquarters as well as at executives’ homes or field offices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT administration experience, preferably in a multi-site environment
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki networking(Basic Level)
  • Experience with Apple Business Manager and Essentials
  • Experience with PC Deployment and imaging
  • Strong bias for action
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strongpeople skillsandthe ability to work with high pressure executives
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for off-site visits

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Experience managing Dell imaging solutions

Responsibilities

  • Manage global IT hardware procurement and shipping through UPS/FedEx.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct audits, and forecast restocking needs.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and AP’s.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure high availability.
  • Join desktops and laptops to theAzure Entradomain.
  • Manage Dell Direct Imaging, create andmaintainstandardized OS images.
  • Coordinate with the security team on audits and remediationtasks.
  • Act asprimaryon-site IT resource atthecorporate office.
  • Schedule and perform in-home visits for executive support in the Atlanta area.
  • Liaise with vendors for service, warranties, and escalations
  • Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support; flex-time compensation during regular week.
  • Deliver prompt and prioritized support to executives, ensuring they receive the highest level ofassistanceandtimelyissue resolution in alignment with the organization's critical time requirements.
