Are you passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle? As a Human Resources Fellow with a specific focus on a seamless and successful on- and offboarding experience, you will play an important role on the Hearst Corporate Human Resources Team providing support to new hires, current employees, and the broader Corporate People Team. You will help shape how employees join, engage with, and exit Hearst, making a tangible impact every step of the way. You will also help to ensure smooth program and process execution and contribute to overall positive employee engagement. This role sits within Hearst’s Corporate Human Resources Team, which is part of the Corporate People Team. The People Team delivers essential programs and services that support the entire enterprise. From onboarding and development to communications and events, the team is focused on creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging experience for employees at every stage of the lifecycle. We work across business units to advance Hearst’s mission to inform and inspire, while cultivating a workplace where everyone feels supported and empowered to thrive.
