Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting.
- Proven track record of building business partnerships and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong financial modeling, planning, and analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills-clear, concise, and data-driven.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Curiosity and pioneering mindset around AI and process automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Oracle Fusion EPBCS preferred.
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation of the company's long-range plan, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Partner with functional leaders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Analyze investments and strategic initiatives, presenting recommendations to FP&A leadership.
- Drive innovation in FP&A processes by leveraging AI-driven tools and systems.
- Develop clear, concise financial reporting for senior executives and the Board.
- Identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and performance drivers across the organization.
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects such as M&A synergies, office strategies, and company-wide underwriting initiatives.
