Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of building business partnerships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Strong financial modeling, planning, and analysis capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills-clear, concise, and data-driven.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Curiosity and pioneering mindset around AI and process automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion EPBCS preferred.
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the consolidation of the company's long-range plan, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Partner with functional leaders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Analyze investments and strategic initiatives, presenting recommendations to FP&A leadership.
  • Drive innovation in FP&A processes by leveraging AI-driven tools and systems.
  • Develop clear, concise financial reporting for senior executives and the Board.
  • Identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and performance drivers across the organization.
  • Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects such as M&A synergies, office strategies, and company-wide underwriting initiatives.
