We are hiring a Corporate FP&A & Business Intelligence Manager (individual contributor) to help drive financial visibility, performance insights, and strategic decision support across the business. In this role you will conduct and scale enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions within Corporate FP&A’s Enterprise Financial Analysis and Simplification Team. You will have a deep expertise in transforming raw data from various sources into clear, actionable insights for management. Beyond your strong technical skills, we are seeking a proactive and analytical problem-solver who can handle complex ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems or Data Science
  • 8+ years of experience in a role involving FP&A and business intelligence activities
  • Expertise in ERP and reporting systems (SAP, S4 Hana, Cognos, SQL, BEx, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization tool experience

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in the operation of a personal computer in a Windowsenvironment to include the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook with advanced capabilities and experience in the useand application of PC tools, mainly Excel and Access.
  • Strong skills in the use of electronic general ledger systemsincluding the generation and use of reports from electronic general ledger systems (SAP, SQL, Cognos, Report Net andBEx).
  • The ability to have a strong understanding regarding: financial accounting, management accounting, financialanalysis, financial modeling, planning, forecasting and management reporting.
  • Detail oriented with excellentanalytical, quantitative and investigative skills, including advanced skills in the development of financial ratiosand comparative analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle a diverse workload and competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to relate to all levels of management and highly motivated to work independentlyand in a team environment, with strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills; CMA and/or CPApreferred

Responsibilities

  • Advise and implement reporting solutions in support of future SAP S4 Go-Live. Transform data into meaningful information across various functions.
  • Develop and enhance financial reporting tools and analytics capabilities, with a focus on standardization, simplification, and operational efficiency.
  • Support the annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes for the enterprise.
  • Provide financial partnership by supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor financial and operational metrics and track progress against business goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial planning deliverables.

Benefits

  • The base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $154,000 annually, with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
