About The Position

The Corporate Finance Associate supports senior bankers in originating and executing M&A transactions, developing financial models, preparing valuation analyses, and creating client presentations and confidential information memoranda.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or graduate degree in finance or related field preferred.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Solid understanding of transaction cycles and M&A processes.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 15%.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior bankers in developing strategic and corporate finance initiatives.
  • Participate in day-to-day execution of M&A mandates.
  • Build financial models including valuation, merger, and LBO analyses.
  • Prepare industry research, company profiles, and analytical presentations.
  • Develop confidential information memoranda and management presentations.
