Aduro Advisors is looking for bright and talented individuals to join our growing Finance team. The Corporate Finance and Accounting Manager plays a critical role in supporting a 400+ employee organization by overseeing core accounting operations and key FP&A processes with a strong focus on accuracy, scalability, and continuous improvement. This role partners closely across the organization, collaborating with business leaders, vendors, and employees, and reports directly to the Corporate Director of Finance with dotted-line reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller to support the company’s financial operations and growth.
