About The Position

The internship position within the Corporate Finance and Accounting department of The Standard involves a wide range of duties and activities. The goal of an internship in accounting is to apply knowledge acquired in the classroom to real-world situations, as well as gain the skills and experience that is necessary to prepare the student for a successful career in the finance or accounting fields. During the duration of the internship the candidate will be assigned to one manager to oversee their day-to-day work, however, there may be opportunities to work with several different teams in the division.
