About The Position

The IMPACT Corporate Finance Internship Program at Guardian Dentistry Partners (GDP) is a 10-week, hands-on experience designed for students who want real exposure to FP&A, M&A, and strategic finance inside a private equity-backed organization. This is not a shadowing internship. You’ll work on live projects, partner with senior leaders, and develop the technical and professional skills needed to launch a career in corporate finance.

Requirements

• Rising juniors or seniors
• Majors in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Genuine interest in corporate finance, M&A, or private equity

Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Build and streamline Excel-based financial models and tools
• Create executive-ready presentations for strategic initiatives
• Contribute to operational and financial decision-making
• Gain exposure to M&A, valuation concepts, and PE-backed reporting
