As a Corporate Facilities Manager II within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA or Wilmington, DE. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description Manages major physical properties in an assigned region and drives the performance of properties to achieve the lowest efficient operating expense level. Ensures properties are operating in a code compliant, safe, functional and cost effective manner. Manages vendors and contractors. Prepares and works with the regional property manager to approve annual operating budget and capital/expense project plan for the region. Identifies and executes on opportunities for regional, cross-regional and/or enterprise-wide initiatives or projects. Designs and implements building specific plans including space planning, cost saving initiatives, and long-term asset preservation. Assists Regional Property manager in the implementation of regional initiatives. Oversees property and/or regional related projects, up to $200k in value, including reconfigurations and consolidations. Approves property related projects, up to $50k in value. Ensures projects are on budget, on time and completed with minimal disruption to end users. Requirements

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Specific certifications are often required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
