About The Position

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative, disciplined, and detail-oriented Executive Pastry Chef to lead our dessert program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, a passion for flavor and presentation, and creativity that will push boundaries!

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Executive Pastry Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of flavor pairing, plating, and dessert presentation
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Formal training in pastry or culinary arts preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a high-quality dessert menu that aligns with the restaurant's multiple concepts
  • Ensure all pastries and desserts meet high standards and restaurant quality expectations
  • Oversee prep, plating, and consistency of all dessert items
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for the pastry department
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and communicate effectively
  • Train and supervise any pastry assistants or kitchen staff as needed
  • Travel between locations to verify Standarads are met
