You will be in the heart of our operations: Excellence & Organization: Lead and manage the rollout of seasonal menu changes and holiday catering. Ensuring each restaurant has updated tools, recipes, and team training. They need to be prepared and ready to execute menu changes flawlessly, with the guest experience and food quality being disrupted. Standardize Quality: Create "Picture Perfect" training tools and standardized recipes to ensure consistency across multiple entities. Mentor Leaders: Conduct kitchen walkthroughs and tastings, providing coaching and feedback to help our chefs grow. Operational Integrity: Work with Operations Leadership to manage food costs, labor budgets, and ensure 100% compliance with CA Health Codes and safety protocols. Who You Are Experienced: You have 10+ years of culinary leadership with both a casual upscale & solid fine-dining foundations. Multi-Unit Expert: You have a proven track record of managing standards across multiple kitchens or concepts. Calm Under Pressure: You can remain composed and professional in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Highly Skilled: You possess a deep knowledge of kitchen equipment, technical execution, and current ServSafe certification. Mobile & Flexible with your schedule: You are ready to step into service when needed and can navigate all areas of a busy kitchen, including stairs and uneven surfaces. Requirements

  • 10+ years of culinary leadership with both a casual upscale & solid fine-dining foundations.
  • Proven track record of managing standards across multiple kitchens or concepts.
  • Remain composed and professional in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

  • Ready to step into service when needed and can navigate all areas of a busy kitchen, including stairs and uneven surfaces.
