- Proven experience in corporate dining, luxury hospitality, or executive‑level catering environments
- Demonstrated expertise in high‑end catering and VIP event execution

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute all corporate catering operations, including board meetings, executive dining, leadership events, receptions, and high‑profile guest engagements
- Design and deliver sophisticated, event‑driven catering menus that reflect culinary excellence, creativity, and impeccable presentation
- Develop menus emphasizing fresh, seasonal, and sustainably sourced ingredients
- Uphold Restaurant Associates’ premium standards for food quality, presentation, and hospitality
- Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and inclusion
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational best practices
- Collaborate with hospitality, operations, and events teams to deliver seamless, white‑glove service
- Manage food and labor budgets while maintaining elevated quality and service expectations
