The Corporate Events Planner supports the planning and execution of a wide range of company events across multiple office locations. This role provides logistical, administrative, and coordination support for events ranging from small onsite meetings to offsite team summits and large companywide gatherings. The Corporate Events Planner also supports the organization’s business-to-business conference attendance strategy by coordinating logistics, tracking participation, and maintaining clear records related to external events. The Corporate Events Planner works closely with team members across the organization to ensure events are well planned, clearly communicated, and executed smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events and priorities at the same time.
