About The Position

In this role, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-profile corporate events, including large-scale user conferences and key experiential marketing initiatives. You will translate business objectives into engaging, measurable events that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and pipeline growth. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless experiences, from pre-event planning to on-site execution. You will manage budgets, timelines, logistics, and vendor relationships while ensuring each event reflects the company’s vision and goals. The role offers the opportunity to shape flagship events, influence cross-functional marketing strategy, and create memorable experiences that resonate with attendees. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate or event marketing, preferably at a technology company.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale B2B events or user conferences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience working with external vendors, agencies, and production partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of cross-functional planning and executive alignment within a technology organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including large-scale user conferences.
  • Translate strategic business goals into clear, actionable event plans.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and all logistical elements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, Content, Communications, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure alignment and high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee external agencies, production partners, venues, and AV/technical providers, including contracts, scopes of work, and performance management.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination to maintain clear communication, alignment, and accountability across all stakeholders.
  • Lead on-site execution, maintaining a solutions-oriented presence and ensuring events run smoothly.
  • Analyze post-event performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements year over year.
