Requirements

  • Must be qualified to work in the United States - we are not sponsoring candidates at this time.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with Google Suite and a quick learner of event platforms like Monday, RSVPify, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of quarterly corporate events and office celebrations. Including, but not limited to, in-office events, the Summer Family Event and the Corporate Holiday Party
  • Assist with venue sourcing, catering coordination, and managing vendor contracts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for event themes, swag selection, and interactive attendee experiences.
  • Help track budget spend and compile post-event analysis to see what worked and what we can do better next time.
