With over 100 locations, Sono Bello is the largest and fastest-growing cosmetic surgery practice in the nation. Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Events Manager to lead our internal and external events strategy - bringing high-impact experiences to life that inspire, connect, and drive business results. This role will oversee the execution of all corporate events, from intimate team-building moments to large-scale leadership conferences and awards shows. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this leader will manage our in-house Corporate Event Planner and collaborate closely with Marketing, Field Communications, HR, and Executive Leadership to ensure our events align with brand goals, reinforce culture, and create memorable, high-quality experiences. Our CEO is highly engaged in all corporate events and has a specific vision for what he wants. The Corporate Events Manager will be working very closely with our CEO to bring his vision to life.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate event management, with at least 2 years managing large-scale events (500+ attendees)
  • Proven success managing complex events (e.g., conferences, summits, or trade shows) from concept to execution
  • Budget management experience for programs exceeding $250K
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills
  • Ability to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends as event schedules require
  • Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to planning, execution, and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of building trusted relationships with vendors, travel providers, hotel chains, and other partners.
  • Composed and solution-oriented under pressure, with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
  • Highly organized and detail-driven with a passion for managing complex timelines, logistics, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the Pacific Northwest event landscape (Bellevue/Seattle)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of high visibility events
  • Develop annual event calendars and strategies aligned with business goals and company culture.
  • Ensure all events are aligned with brand standards and elevate team member and guest experience.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts, including venue, travel, lodging, production, and transportation.
  • Build strategic partnerships with hotels, airlines, and travel providers to secure competitive rates and exceptional service.
  • Manage external production companies, A/V providers, and décor firms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to concept and execute revenue-generating events such as:
  • Lead-generation activations
  • Experiential brand campaigns
  • Regional marketing events and trade shows
  • Ensure events support business development, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Own all event budgets; forecast and track expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Evaluate event success through post-event reporting, surveys, and engagement metrics.
  • Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the Corporate Event Planner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Facilities, Communications, Marketing, and IT.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for executive leadership on key event strategy and logistics
