We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Corporate Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact corporate events — with a special focus on food & beverage excellence. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and vendors to bring brand-aligned events to life while ensuring every detail — from catering to client expectations — exceeds standards. The Corporate Event Manager will be responsible for organizing large-scale events for clients, trade show exhibitions, and internal events. A strong background in food & beverage management is essential — including menu planning, accurate food and beverage quantity forecasting, accommodating diverse dietary considerations, and partnering closely with caterers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related degree. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 3–5 years of event planning experience (corporate or hospitality focus)
  • Strong understanding of food service operations and event catering
  • Skilled in juggling multiple timelines, vendors, and expectations
  • Strong communicator, negotiator, and creative thinker
  • T his position frequently lifts, carries, or otherwise moves or positions objects weighing up to 25 pounds and may be required to stand for extended periods.
  • The candidate must be able to lift dresses on and off rolling racks, mannequins, and models.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and achieve established event goals
  • Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate logistics including venue, décor, entertainment and AV
  • Oversee food and beverage planning, tastings, and compliance
  • Serve as primary liaison with internal clients and stakeholders
  • Lead on-site event operations and ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Train and manage event staff and labor schedules
  • Ensure all events meet compliance, permitting, and risk management standards
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and report on success metrics
  • Foster strong working relationships across departments to drive teamwork and event excellence
