Requirements

  • Proven multi-property or corporate Food & Beverage leadership experience
  • Strong background in full-service hotel operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering
  • Direct experience with Marriott, Hilton, and/or IHG brand standards and systems
  • Financial acumen with a track record of improving revenue, flow-through, and guest scores
  • A collaborative, people-focused leadership style
  • Ability to influence at the property and executive levels

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for full-service F&B outlets across multiple properties
  • Ensure alignment with Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brand standards, audits, and initiatives
  • Partner with property leaders to drive profitability, service excellence, and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls
  • Support menu development, concept positioning, banquet and catering performance, and service standards
  • Lead F&B efforts for hotel openings, transitions, and brand conversions
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Directors of F&B, Executive Chefs, and outlet leaders
