The Corporate Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for driving portfolio-wide food and beverage strategy, operational excellence, financial performance, brand alignment (where applicable), and guest experience standards. This role partners closely with hotel General Managers, Executive Chefs, property-level F&B leaders, and corporate support teams to ensure consistent execution, innovation, and profitability across all outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, catering, and resort amenities. Primary duties consist of performing office or non-manual work directly related to management or general business operations. Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
