About The Position

The Corporate Director of Food and Beverage is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing and enhancing all food and beverage operations across multiple locations within the organization. This role ensures the development and implementation of innovative culinary programs, operational excellence, and consistent quality standards that align with the company’s brand and business objectives. The director will lead cross-functional teams to optimize profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety regulations. They will also collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive growth initiatives, manage budgets, and negotiate vendor contracts. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in shaping the overall guest experience and maintaining the company’s competitive edge in the food and beverage industry nationwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management within a multi-unit or corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations with measurable success in profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in diverse food service environments including fine dining, casual dining, and catering.
  • Certification such as Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE) or ServSafe Manager Certification.
  • Demonstrated success in driving innovation and sustainability initiatives within food and beverage operations.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and advanced data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive food and beverage strategies that support corporate goals and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional and site-level food and beverage managers to ensure consistent operational standards and team performance.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to maximize profitability and cost control across all food and beverage outlets.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to innovate menus, improve product offerings, and maintain high quality and safety standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage supply chain logistics to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales departments to develop promotional campaigns and special events that drive revenue growth.
