Position Overview The Corporate Development Manager will own end-to-end inorganic growth initiatives — from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to negotiating terms and assisting with post-close integration — to advance our strategic roadmap and value creation objectives. This new hire will partner with the Head of M&A to: Drive the full M&A lifecycle (build pipeline, diligence, valuation, deal terms, close, and integrate) Translate investment theses into actionable business cases with quantified synergies, return profiles, and execution plans This role will be based in our NYC office and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week, blending the best of both worlds for efficiency and collaboration.
