We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager to partner with management to develop growth strategies, including market development, identification of acquisition and investment opportunities, and execution of such transactions. Requirements

5+ years of experience in top tier investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate development role with focus on technology sector.
Bachelor's degree or MBA (or equivalent experience).
Excellent financial analysis and valuation skills, including understanding of investment/merger/acquisition analysis and related issues.
Excellent business sense and ability to understand and resolve complex business issues.
Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within and outside the company.
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Work with NVIDIA leadership to define and advance critical initiatives while monitoring key market trends and engaging with ecosystem partners.
Identify and evaluate acquisitions, investments and strategic projects & partnerships.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation, along with thorough due diligence, to effectively support business cases.
Facilitate transaction execution, and manage post-transaction integration and investment portfolio companies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business unit colleagues to prepare and deliver presentations to business unit leaders and senior management.
