This position will assist in the design and implementation of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program for the company including working with each Division CRA Coordinators, the CRA Officer, and Glacier Managers. Develop and oversee policies and procedures on CRA data collection efforts, including tracking of loans, services and donations. Perform necessary CRA analysis to identify potential 'gaps' and opportunities for the Bank. Assist in compiling an annual performance context, create periodic reports for management teams and bank leadership and consult with management and department heads regarding CRA issues. Monitor new legislative and administrative developments and provide training and leadership to staff regarding CRA rules, requirements and update policies and procedures as needed. This is a Corporate position which may be located in an available bank division in Texas. The entry rate for this position is $70,245.45 + / per year.
