About The Position

Coinflow is a next-generation payments platform leveraging stablecoins, AI-driven fraud prevention, and real-time settlement to modernize global financial infrastructure. Serving marketplaces, fintechs, and global merchants, the company is scaling rapidly following significant growth in transaction volume and recent institutional backing.
Coinflow is hiring a Corporate Counsel to join as the second legal team member and help build the company’s legal function from the ground up. Partnering closely with the Head of Legal, this role will support a broad range of legal matters, with a primary focus on commercial contracting and the systems that enable it to scale.
The role will lead drafting and negotiation of merchant, partner, and vendor agreements while building contract templates, playbooks, and workflows to support a high-velocity business. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to translate legal risk into practical guidance and ensure legal is embedded directly into business execution.
In parallel, the position will contribute to corporate governance, regulatory and compliance initiatives, and product counseling as the company expands into new markets and launches new features.
The ideal candidate brings strong commercial contracting experience, sound judgment, and a builder mindset. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, creating structure where none exists, and balancing speed with risk in a fast-moving fintech environment.
