About The Position

IntegriChain is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the company’s growing commercial, product, and regulatory needs. This role will work closely with our Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across a range of issues. Reports to SVP, Legal. The ideal candidate brings a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.

Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Minimum of 2 years relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house)
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Functional knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy generally, and healthcare regulatory frameworks
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

Experience in Intellectual Property (IP) Management a plus

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs
Advise internal stakeholders on legal and compliance considerations associated with business operations
Support privacy, data security, and information governance initiatives, including incident response
Partner with product and engineering teams on legal issues related to data use, analytics, AI, and platform functionality
Assist with corporate governance and internal policies
Support dispute resolution, audits, and investigations
