  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply, purchase, service, and transportation contracts
  • Provide business-focused legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters.
  • Support a variety of corporate transactions and commercial projects with senior attorney oversight.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to solve complex business challenges and advance strategic objectives.
  • 3+ years of corporate transactional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client operations and goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to ask questions and learn quickly.
  • Team-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • M&A experience preferred but not required.
