Corporate Counsel
About The Position
We are seeking a Corporate Counsel who wants to handle complex legal work for all areas of the company in a fast paced work environment. The main priority will be to provide to the business teams legal advice and assess risk and assist in the negotiation of a variety of corporate and commercial agreements. This position will report to the Senior Corporate Counsel. The Vistex platform helps businesses finally get control of all their different promotions, rebates, SPAs, discounts, and other incentives. Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, including professional services agreements, software licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
- Identifying contractual risk and advising business teams on various legal risks/issues
- Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Human Resources, the IT Security Team, and Sales and Marketing Teams in connection with contract drafting.
- Participate in negotiation calls alongside the Vistex commercial team
- Performs other duties as assigned
