Responsible for legal advice to the various Sanford affiliates. Identifies and analyzes legal issues, drafting key documents, presenting clear recommendations, and assuring legal compliance. Requirements

• Graduate of an American Bar Association accredited law school with licensure to practice law in South Dakota, North Dakota or Minnesota are required.
• If licensed in one State only, must be eligible to register as in-house counsel under other States' rules.
• Must have at least two years practice experience.
• Must be admitted, or eligible for admission to the State Bar of South Dakota or North Dakota depending on location and area of accountability, and additional state(s) when applicable.

Nice To Haves

• General practice with emphasis in transactional or health law related issues preferred.
