About The Position

Requirements

• Atleast 4 years 8+ years or more of legal experience, ideally with tech, SaaS, or IP-heavy companies
• JD and licensed to practice law in the U.S.
• Strong knowledge of licensing, commercial agreements, and global contract law
• Confident communicator, business-minded, and detail-driven

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cross-border contracts is a plus

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including licensing agreements, NDAs, SaaS, and vendor contracts
• Support both U.S. and global business teams across sales, operations, and product
• Advise on legal risk, contract compliance, and strategic deal terms
• Collaborate across departments to help accelerate growth while protecting the business
• Help shape internal legal processes and scale best practices
