This position will report to the Senior Compliance Manager and is responsible for the Company’s successful execution of several key areas of our day-to-day compliance program including, but not limited to: Supporting the leadership of DaVita’s Home National Team and Home operators, as well as DaVita’s Patient Education and Physician Experience teams, as part of a compliance team that supports these businesses. Leveraging data and analytics to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks, and to drive continuous improvement in the compliance program. This person will provide compliance guidance and support to the teams above on compliance-related matters, including federal and state fraud and abuse laws (with emphasis on the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute), and other health care regulatory requirements as such matters arise in the context of Home dialysis services, patient education, physician experience initiatives, and related business activities. This person will partner with internal clients to develop, enhance, and sustain compliance program elements for projects related to health care regulatory laws and regulations.
