About The Position

Are you detail oriented, highly organized, and driven by maintaining regulatory integrity in healthcare operations? We are seeking a Corporate Compliance Specialist to support compliance, credentialing, and regulatory initiatives across our corporate and clinical operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring providers and staff meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements while supporting audit readiness and process improvement. As a Corporate Compliance Specialist, you will support compliance and credentialing efforts across the organization, ensuring accurate documentation, timely renewals, and adherence to federal, state, and payer requirements. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong follow through, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare compliance, credentialing, medical staff services, or regulatory operations
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
  • Experience working with payer portals and credentialing systems such as CAQH and NPPES
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and deadline management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and compliance or credentialing databases
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in outpatient healthcare or medical imaging preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up to date credentialing and compliance records for licensed and clinical personnel
  • Coordinate and track initial credentialing and recredentialing with payers, accrediting bodies, and licensing boards
  • Perform license verification, background checks, and exclusion checks in accordance with company policy
  • Monitor expiration dates for licenses, certifications, and required training and ensure timely renewals
  • Support clinical onboarding compliance in collaboration with Human Resources and operational leaders
  • Assist with internal and external audits related to regulatory, credentialing, and compliance matters
  • Support compliance investigations, incident reporting, and complaint tracking processes
  • Contribute to policy and procedure development and continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain documentation, tracking tools, and reporting related to compliance activities
