Supervise Corporate Business Systems Oracle Application Technical Specialist team members Oversee and provide direction to our IBM AMS international consultants which provide in country level application support Act as an adviser and liaison for the Oracle Application Development and Oracle Database teams including both United States and offshore team members Coordinate support activates with Oracle On Demand, Oracle Managed Cloud Services and Oracle Support Serving as a liaison to senior IT management, reporting on the status of global projects, identifying issues and assessing their impact and proactively recommending solutions Partner with the PMO to gather and document business, user and functional business requirements to support upgrades, enhancements, change and/or fixes to existing or new CBS systems Planning, coordinating and monitoring the activities of outside vendors to ensure their ongoing alignment with global project and business goals Manage international customer relationships with supported business groups Assist GMF QA Team with developing and executing test scripts to verify all system functionality Develop and maintain system documentation, including but not limited to troubleshooting and audit
