About The Position

iPostal1, the leading provider of Digital Mailbox technology worldwide, is seeking a Corporate Blogger to join our team. Our website, www.iPostal1.com, lists 4,000 addresses, including retail pack and ship stores, 1,000 Staples stores and coworking spaces. Customers choose a mailing address for business or personal use and view and manage their postal mail and packages anywhere with an app or online.

This position is responsible for producing, optimizing, and publishing high-quality, search-driven blog content that strengthens brand authority, supports organic growth, and aligns with broader digital marketing initiatives. The role focuses on end-to-end blog ownership, combining strong writing and editing skills with SEO best practices and growing proficiency in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite in our Montebello, NY headquarters location.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional blogging or SEO content writing experience, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, authoritative, search-optimized blog content that drives measurable organic traffic.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and metadata.
• Experience managing content from concept through publication.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional marketing teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working closely with SEO or digital marketing specialists.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Interest in or exposure to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), featured snippets, or AI-powered search experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, edit, and publish long-form blog content aligned with business objectives, audience intent, and search demand.
• Develop SEO-optimized blog articles using structured headings, internal links, metadata, and keyword-aligned formatting.
• Maintain and execute an editorial calendar to ensure consistent, timely content production.
• Edit content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and brand alignment prior to publication.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure blog content supports broader campaigns and performance goals.
• Monitor blog performance using analytics tools and apply insights to improve content quality and visibility.
• Learn and apply AEO principles to improve blog visibility across AI-driven, voice-based, and answer-first search surfaces.
• Maintain content accuracy and freshness through updates, rewrites, and optimization as needed.
• Stay current on trends in SEO, content marketing, and emerging search technologies.
