About The Position
KRG has partnered with a longstanding client who is seeking a Corporate Attorney specializing in general corporate legal services, primarily serving privately held businesses. The Corporate practice group provides services such as business formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions, health care, banking, commercial real estate and business succession planning. An established book of business is a plus, but not required.
