About The Position

Are you looking to join a tenured team at an AmLaw100 firm? Nelson Mullins is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate group. This is a nationwide search. Firm attorneys in Atlanta have worked on many business and legal developments in the Southeast and beyond, including national class action court cases, formation of public companies, financial institution capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and work on important pro bono cases. Experienced in the area of real estate finance, you will spend your days serving as counsel to national financial institutions. As a strong team player, you will fit right in with our collegial and intellectually engaging work environment. Requirements

2 to 4 years of substantive experience in commercial finance and corporate lending
Adept at representing both traditional and non-traditional lenders and borrowers across a range of transactions, including acquisition financing, working capital facilities, letters of credit, and other complex financing arrangements
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Excellent academic credentials
Admitted to the state bar of a major metropolitan city where Nelson Mullins maintains an office
