About The Position

This position will be responsible for driving corporate & social event sales for The Game Room by Hasbro at American Dream in East Rutherford, NJ. These groups include corporate team building, company/sports team outings, birthday parties, Holiday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties Bar/Bat Mitzvahs.

Requirements

  • Direct sales experience

  • Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of arcade party/catering business a plus
  • Established contacts in the NY/NJ markets

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed revenue budgets by establishing qualified leads, initiate, and closing sales
  • Create sales materials specific to each audience in conjunction with the business owners and creative team
  • Answer all inbound group sales inquiries via AI lead gen system and/or Email/phone
  • Create an outbound cadence outreach using AI software and leads form other businesses across American Drea
  • Ensure offering is listed on all relevant 3rd party event websites with support of AD web team
  • Provide customer service to clients throughout the purchase process in conjunction with business owners
  • Communicate menu needs to kitchen and management staff
  • Maintain positive client relationships year-round to cultivate repeat bookings and gain referrals.
  • Maintain detailed records on pending and confirmed orders and sales.
  • Create a process to communicate all needs to Hasbro kitchen and management staff
  • Establish pricing models that cater to varying client needs
  • Establish pricing models that include/excludes use of entire game room space along with party spaces
  • Ensure clear communication of payment deadlines
  • Responsible for creating any financial tracking statements for exempt client tax purposes
  • Coordinate with marketing team as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
