A successful Product Management Analyst at Fiserv assists in the development and management of products. This role offers practical experience in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and working with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree completed in December 2024 or after in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Management
  • 3.0+ GPA
  • 0-2 years of professional work experience
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
  • Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship experience.
  • Majors such as Business, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or Trello
  • Ability to break down complex problems and translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure product success
  • Assist in product development and management activities.
  • Help with documentation and reporting of product performance.
  • Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success
